Pen Planet is an authorized Importer,Distributor & retailer in India for over 40 luxury brands. Every product that we sell comes with the brand warranty and also gets our stamp of assurance.
RETURN
. The product needs to be shipped back to us within 3 days of receipt with the Invoice, Tags, Cards in place, in as is condition as was delivered to the customer. The product must be in the original Packaging. · The shipping cost is to be borne by the Customer and is non-refundable.. . The returned item needs to have the or proof of purchase along with the return. · We shall examine and quality check the product and determine whether the product is in its original condition with its original packing intact. . Our office will process eligible Refund within 7 working days and it may further take 3 - 5 days for the credit to reflect in customers account. · Return and Refund is NOT applicable for CUSTOMISED and PERSONALISED products.
Cancellation Policy
--II you wish to cancel your order, then check that the product has not been despatched yet. Before despatch, --If you cancel the order, the refund will be processed at the earliest, and it may take up to 5 - 7 working days to reflect in your account. --After despatch is initiated, customer cannot cancel the order. In case of any exceptional reason, the customer must follow the steps of Return. PEN PLANET holds the right to cancellation of the order under certain circumstances like Pin code unavailability, Out of Stock, product damaged or mechanical problem found during Quality Check before packing, etc. Please note that personalized and customized products are not eligible for cancellation.
